"Liz Sinna is a Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Liz has been training and coaching people since 2004. Her athletic experience includes more than twenty years of cycling and running experience. She has participated in many events including the Santa Rosa Cycling Club's Terrible Two and three marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
